Using ClipVault
You may use ClipVault to save, organize, search, edit, copy, open, and share content that you have the right to use. You are responsible for the content you store and for checking that shared content does not disclose confidential, private, or restricted information.
Local-first limitations
ClipVault supports local-first capture, anonymous use, and optional account-backed sync. Offline capture remains available when cloud services are unavailable, but cloud sync and AI enrichment require a working connection. ClipVault is not a backup service; keep your own backups for anything important.
Third-party services
Opening a saved link, using Apple’s Share Sheet, signing in with Apple, purchasing an optional subscription, or using hosted AI may involve a third party under its own terms and privacy policy. ClipVault does not control those services.
Changes and availability
ClipVault may change as the product develops. We may update these terms when functionality, data handling, or account features change. Material updates will be reflected by the effective date above.
